Refund policy

We accept returns so long as we are notified and the item returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. We are unable to refund shipping costs.
Workshop bookings and refunds.
If we cancel any workshops for any reason you will get a full refund, we will try to offer a new date if preferred.
We have to pay the tutor if a course goes ahead and short notice cancellations could cause us to have to cancel the entire course, therefore, short notice cancellation (within 10 workings days of course) by the attendee gives us very little opportunity to fill the space and we would not generally offer a refund (we try to offer an alternative). If we are able to fill the space then we will refund the attendee in full, we try very hard to fill any spaces. Longer notice we offer a refund or a place on another course if that suits.
