Shipping

We use the wonderful Royal Mail for all our parcels, and use biodegradable poly mailers made from sugar cane!

We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 working days. Please contact us before ordering if you require items earlier.

Your order should arrive within 3 working days from the date of dispatch (5-10 for International orders). Please allow 10 additional for your parcel to arrive for domestic orders and up to 32 days for international orders before placing a missing package query, this is the minimum time frame required by the Royal Mail before we are allowed to place a missing parcel claim. We do not take any responsibility for any import duty that may apply on international orders.

Return policy

We accept returns so long as we are notified and the item returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. We are unable to refund shipping costs
